Preorder Policy

Some Allure AK products may be offered as Preorder items.

A preorder item is a product that is purchased by the customer before Allure AK has the item physically available for immediate shipment.

Processing Times

Preorder items may require additional processing time because the product must first be obtained from our supplier.

The estimated processing or delivery timeframe will be displayed on the product listing whenever available.

Supplier availability and shipping delays may affect the estimated timeframe.

Before Ordering

Please review the product description, size information, estimated processing time, and preorder notice before completing your purchase.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that the item may require additional time to ship compared with an in-stock product.

Preorder Cancellations

Preorder cancellation requests must be submitted before Allure AK places the order with our supplier.

If you request to cancel your preorder before the supplier order has been placed, you may receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once Allure AK has placed the preorder with our supplier, the order cannot be canceled unless otherwise required by applicable law or the item becomes unavailable.

If a preorder item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, Allure AK will contact you and provide a refund for the affected item.

Because preorder items are specially ordered based on customer purchases, we encourage you to carefully review the product description, size information, estimated processing time, and return policy before completing your purchase.
