Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been received.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, new collection launches, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected, destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of Allure AK's control.

Please note that a shipping estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Multiple Items

If your order contains products with different processing or shipping times, your items may arrive separately.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first.
