Welcome to Allure AK. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Allure AK website and your purchase of products from our store.

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product from Allure AK, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund to your original payment method.

The price charged for an order is the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges may be added at checkout.

5. Orders

When you place an order through Allure AK, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee that your order can be fulfilled.

Allure AK reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including:

Product availability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Unauthorized transactions
Incorrect customer information
Supplier availability
Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order, we will refund any payment received for the canceled portion of the order.

6. Payment

Payment must be successfully received before an order can be processed.

Payments are processed through Shopify and/or third-party payment providers.

Allure AK does not directly store complete payment card information.

7. Shipping

Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier, shipping method, destination, and other circumstances.

Orders may be fulfilled from different suppliers or locations and may arrive in separate packages.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control are not considered a failure by Allure AK to fulfill the order.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

8. Preorders

Certain products may be offered as Preorder items.

A preorder is an item purchased before Allure AK has the product physically available for immediate shipment.

Preorder products may require additional processing time.

The estimated processing or delivery timeframe will be displayed on the applicable product page whenever available.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that it may take longer to ship than an item that is currently in stock.

Preorder Cancellations

Preorder cancellation requests must be submitted before Allure AK places the order with our supplier.

If you request cancellation before the supplier order has been placed, you may receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Once Allure AK has placed the preorder with our supplier, the order cannot be canceled unless otherwise required by applicable law or the item becomes unavailable.

If a preorder item becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, Allure AK will contact you and provide a refund for the affected item.

9. Returns & Refunds

Allure AK accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Allure AK currently offers refunds only. We do not offer exchanges.

Returned merchandise must generally be:

Unworn
Unused
In original condition
Free of stains, makeup, odors, pet hair, damage, or signs of wear
Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact Allure AK as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Do not return a damaged or incorrect item until you receive instructions from Allure AK.

11. Final Sale Items

Products specifically identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or refund except where required by applicable law.

12. Website Use

You agree to use the Allure AK website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
Interfere with website functionality
Use the website for fraudulent purposes
Copy or misuse website content
Upload malicious code or harmful material
